Yes, you may use the same card in more than one set as long as the sets are not of the same set type. For example, if you have this card:

Venusaur ex Pokémon 2023 Japanese Pokémon Card 151 - sv2a 003/165

You may use it in these two different set type categories:

Pokémon Card 151 - sv2a - Master Set

Pokémon Card 151 - sv2a - ex Cards

You may not use it in two of your sets registered under the set category type:

Pokémon Card 151 - sv2a - Master Set
