Looks NM/NM+ but has a few non-color breaking indentations on the cover which should be easily pressed out though if you are into that kind of thing. Not possible to see from the scan but I am including a picture to give you an idea.

Captain America #167 former CGC NM 9.4: $50

Along with #144 and #161, this is one of the toughest BA Cap to find in high grade (black cover, that is). I cracked this book in order to put it in my collection but found a better raw copy. I kept the label though and it will be included with the comic.

The book was graded in 2007, no grader notes unfortunately but it was not pressed.

Last GPA sale for a CGC 9.4 was $100 in April 2024.

Looks NM- but has stacking curve on spine that does not break colors. A true presser's delight...
