Are you no longer able to submit modern books for Pre-Screening? 2 2

I'm about to submit my first order this year and I've always been able to pre-screen my books at a certain grade before grading them. When I got to submit now, the screening button is greyed out and it says "not available for modern tier". Is this new? If so when did it go into effect and why?

I just did a modern pre-screen, so no idea. Sorry man.

Screening is greyed out. Is it becuase I'm also selecting pressing as well? I've had no issues doing that in the past.

I think I figured out the issue. Seems to be a bug if you select certain options out of order.  Thanks!
