What is the name of this Batman movie? 1 1

It's a comedy movie where Jim Gordon refers to himself as "the Comish." I don't know much about it but I'd really like to know what it's called if you guys know. Much thanks!

Don't know, but, here is a list of Batman movies.  Maybe one of them you will recognize.

I don't think any of them are "comedies" except for the 1966 Batman with Adam West and the Lego Batman.
