Here's a great Turtles page, featuring the TMNT in their classic undercover/ "Untouchables" trenchcoats featuring Turtles in most panels. Kevin Eastman did just about everything in this issue - writing, pencils, inks (with Eric Talbot assisting with some inking/toning). 

Tales of the TMNT #4 Pgs 24 and 27, 1st Appearance of the Rat King 1988 $6000 for both. Jim Lawson pencils, Ryan Brown inks on Duotone Art Boards. Signed by them as well. 

Selling this two pages as set for now, featuring one of the all-time great TMNT villians, The Rat King in his first appearance book. We even got the rats themselves beginning to pour through the walls. All the major players here: the Turtles, Casey Jones, and of course, the Rat King.
