Classic Barye Phillips bondage cover, one of the most risque Pocket Books covers.

Fine+.  A very square and tight copy with bold colors and little wear. A few pressure lines on cover, edge and corner wear, mostly on the back.

Uncredited but looks a LOT like Owen Kampen GGA to me, real nice headlights (with a guitar on the cover to boot )

One of 3? I believe Robert Maguire full length GGA covers for the Janson 60's series with Gold Star. A great composition.

Nope, I've never dug for it, but if it is truly a straight last name, rather than some contraction, it might be able to be figured out on Ancestry.
