Bad Sue by Norman Bligh     Quarter Books No. 79     PBO  1950           $65

Rare Quarter Books digest. Just never see them for sale anymore.  One of my favorite Howell Dodd Bad Girls covers.  Iconic. Great font design as well.

Fine. Square and tight with mild creasing, edgewear and light rubbing. Staples are totally clean inside, which is rare for these digests.

Dragon's Island by Jack Williamson  Popular Library 447 1st PB  1952             $30 SOLD to ThePreacher

Pretty Walter Popp GGA cover art. She does seem to be admiring the cylinder hm

Fine Plus/VF Minus   One of the better copies I've had. May be unread, has a hairline along spine edge, small indent line on cover. A little spotting to page edges and one section of pages uneven but tight in the binding.

Spoiler

Tama, Princess Of Mercury by Ray Cummings  Ace Books F-406 1966   True 1st Book Edition of another Argosy Pulp classic.      $15

Podwil cover art.

High grade time machine gem. Super square and glossy with a very faint line on cover, barely a trace of wear, pages and inner covers toned a bit more.

Mockingbird by Walter Tevis   Bantam 14144-9    1st Paperback Edition 1st Print April 1981     $50

Haunting, apocalyptic cover art of a rusting Manhattan by Lou Feck, alas, the Twin Towers were not to rust in peace. Fits the poetic, elegiac mood of the novel.

An excellent copy of the scarce 1st paperback edition of the 1981 Nebula nominated novel.

Very Fine minus.  Square and super glossy. Appears very lightly read. Light edgewear.   I will include a remainder copy with the front cover off for a reader copy :)
