Everything else is present including the CF.  The CF has detached at the top staple.

I'm going to show every single page so take your time and examine all the photos.

There is a cool Ad for Sandman & Batman at the end of the Superman story (Batman was only 4 months old at this time, Sandman was only 1 month old)

Please note, the final few pages show some small staining at the top.

GPS shows a coverless incomplete copy sold for $822 in 2021.  That's the closest "comp" I can find to this one.
