Trade Value: $400 USD. Case has a small horizontal scratch at the top under the words "Marvel Comics" on the label. Here's a link to the grader notes, I'm unsure if the book was pressed or not. 

Picked it up locally for a good price and hoping to roll it into a trade for one or a combination of the following (raw or slabbed) of roughly equivalent value: 

Amazing Spider-Man #124 
X-Men #28
Detective Comics #400
House of Mystery #208 
House of Mystery #177
Kirby/Lee FFs in higher grades

Also have a few other random books I can add from my trade box, adding cash to the deal in either direction is also a possibility.
