Quasar 33 does not have the edition number on the cover 1 1

I was going through my collection and came across this book and I was wondering if anyone had seen this before?

Its a Quasar #33, but it has a #2 on the cover

Mycomicshop calls it the newsstand edition. I guess all the newsstand editions were printed with the error.  MCS is selling them for $2.50

This is issue 32 cgc  will  label it printing error. Like rocky just mentioned in last post. These were sold in comic shops. Not newsstand version , but if you did get a newsie it would be numbered like that also
