Informational - CrossOver Grading for Cards With Autos 1 1

Hello fellow hobbyists, had a recent informational email thread with Matthew from CGC support and since the information may benefit others I am pasting the email thread below (with Matthew's permission):

(Initial Email Request) Hello CGC support, I have an inquiry with regards to sending in a card with autograph for crossover service.  The card is currently PSA certified authentic for the autograph.  How would I go about sending the card in for CrossOver Service where the card receives a grade and the auto receives a grade.  In other words, I would like this PSA card to become a CGC + JSA graded card and auto.  Additionally, if I have a card that was signed at a card show but does not have a COA, will the JSA CGC service authenticate the auto on the card?  Thank you in advance for any information you can provide. In both cases, the cards would need to be submitted through their respective services with the JSA Authentication service added as an ADD-ON Service. I have attached a screenshot of what this looks like for the Crossover card on the submission form. In both cases, JSA will still be able to review the card with or without a COA to confirm the authenticity of the signatures.
