NYCC CGC Show Witnessed Signing Submission, When will we be able to submit submission online ahead of NYCC?

I'll be getting a couple of books signed and witnessed at NYCC that I'll be submitting to the CGC booth. Anyone know when we'll be able to submit CGC SS online submissions for NYCC given the con starts on Thursday? The option is greyed out right now.

The option will likely be greyed out until the show starts on Thursday, but feel free to confirm with customer service.
