I submitted a book at LA Comic Con, but when I check the status it has not been received yet. Is there currently a delay processing the books from that show?

We are still working on the intake of the large number of submissions we received at LA Comic Con. Not all of the submissions have completed the intake process but as long as you dropped off your submission at our booth you will see it entered into our system very soon. Our normal intake time takes about 7-10 business days but keep in mind for large comic cons it can take up to and in some cases a little longer than 4 weeks due to the high volume of submissions. We appreciate your patience and we are working on getting your submission completed as soon as possible.
