I SHOULD ADD THAT I'D BE INTERESTED IN A TRADE IF ANYONE HAD A JIM #89 IN 8.0 OR BETTER

Yeah that ASM #33 is a warehouse find Arex.

As far as the Hulk #5, i really cannot believe it only got a 8.5. There is barely any spine stress, and a teeny touch of foxing, so i think they are really tough on it. I find it hard to understand how they are tough on certain books, and lax on others.

It's your eyes. There is no way that books is trimmed. There is lots of overhang, there is slight wear on all three edges and it was checked by CGC and two other sources.
