Thoughts on the grade of this ASM 300?

There are at least 4 spine stresses on the front, and 15 or so on the back. Not to mention the fact that it's a modern. I would say 8.5, maybe 9.0.

even with the back spine stresses, and the couple on the front, theres no way cgc would grade this 8.5. Maybe 9.0/9.2 but no way 8.5 even for a modern.

I know how CGC does moderns pretty well. Modern books are my grading specialty. I submit a ton of them. There are actually 800 books waiting to be sent in my room right now. And I've never seen a 9.2 look like that. I have seen 8.5's look like that though.

mm ,Ill have to agree to disagree on this one. I still think its at least 9.0 worthy.

If those corners are sharp, 9.0 maybe 9.2, but if there is any blunting I think CGC would stick it with 8.5
