Actually, they aren't bronze. Bronze only goes up to 1979.

Don't know what you mean about "getting nowhere fast with silver", Webhead...you have some nice SA books! It's just that grading has gotten ultra-picky in the last 5 or so years, so if you're obsessed with owning a 9.4 SA you may be out of luck. I imagine most people here have gone through the same process of realization with their old collections. My advice: don't worry TOO much about the numbers, and enjoy your books.

Now I'm putting almost all but my Spider-man collection up for sale ( college tuition and such)

After seeing the back cover I'll have to change my grade to a weak 9.6 instead of a 9.8 due to creasing in the top right corner on the BC.
