PGM Marvel Preview 21--3rd Moon Knight?

Opinions on this Magazine

 

 

** Also does anyone know if this is the 3rd appearance of Moon Knight?

It is the same year as Moon Knight #1 (1980) but was published before the #1

Moon Knight appeared in Werewolf by Night #32, 33 and 37. He then appeared in Marvel Spotlight # 28 (which was the first full solo appearance) and #29. That's five appearances I know of already. I am not sure if there were more, but my guess would be yes.
