i remember seeing a disclosure statement in a pre-hero marvel( i believe it was a tales to astonish # 31)that claimed 169,000 average copies but my memory's not what it used to be.i think that was in 1961 that the book was published.

They have the Standard Catalog for $19.99 here, with $1.40 for Media shipping.

 

That's hilarious on the shipping...they want $1.40 for the first item,

or $2.95 for two items.
