Can I get a hand with this Spidey #71?

Book looks near VF to me...flat covers, nice colors & gloss, just a bit of foxing on the back...but as you can see, there's a crease from top edge to right edge. I would normally drop the grade to 4.0/4.5 given the length, but this crease barely breaks color/gloss & doesn't seem to have "dimension" (if anything it looks less visible in hand than in the scan). What would you folks grade this book?

to me its a VG+ that could be called a 5.0 without disgracing yourself for sure! the main thing is it presents nicely which is a plus-some people would call it a 6.0 i bet, but I think it belongs in the VG range without question because of the length of the crease!
