Lots of small problems drop the grade IMO...bottom spine split, stain & missing piece back cover, corner wear & tear on front cover, color rubbing front cover. Being honest, I'd give it a strict 4.0...tempted to bump to 4.5 for nice color, but if I were selling I'd call it 4.0 to be safe.

Interesting staining, almost looks like someone tried to clean off a few spots in the past. 4.5...if the back cover was cleaned up a bit maybe 5.0.
