It's a mag, so 7.0 at worst. Similar defects on a comic might merit a 6.5, but not on this.

 

Can you explain this, Andy? Not sure precisely what you mean, & am curious.

 

Just noticed this. CGC is a little looser on mags due to the larger size and increased opportunity for defects. I usually give mags a .5 bump over a comic with the same defects. Same with 100 pagers...

In addition to which if you look at the OSGG, they will tell you that the grading of Magazines should be scaled much closer to how Golden age Comics are graded due to similair delivery, storage and collecting styles associated with them.

 

I've been around magazines long enough to tell you that NM copies are not easy to come by. Even wherehouse finds scarcely turn up NM copies. Most topping at VF/NM with a larger amount of FN/VF to VF's.
