I have one i just picked up you can have for $18 plus shipping. I paid $18 for it they were $20 each or 2 for $36...and being one who cannot turn down a good deal I bit.

 

Here is a scan of the actual books FC...I didn't want to take it out of the bag.

They had one more and they are holding it for me. Not sure if I can get them down to $18 but $20 would be the most you would spend. Plus shipping of course.
