Same collection as the Avengers 19.

1/4" diagonal thumb crease underneath the right side of the last A in America. - Does not break color.

Very light crease Upper RFC from cover overlay. How much does this effect the grade?

Crease under the "a" does faintly break color. Diagonal down and to the left between parts of the makeshift club being used to beat Cap with.

Another 9.6 in my opinion. MIght be lower with the crease--but from the scan I can't see it.

My best guess would be a 9.2/9.4, based upon the crease you mention - along with the LRC (front cover) looks slightly soft/bent. Plus the top left spine corner (front cover) looks to have a ding and some slight flaking/softness in the LLC of the spine (front cover). Corner of upper-left back cover appears to have a slight bend?

 

I am nit-picking, but you know CGC would too! I'd vote for a 9.4!

I was on the line between 9.4 and 9.6. No way I'd go 9.2 though.

Comparing it to some other 9.4's I have it could get that on the right day at CGC. I fI was selling it, I would call it a very nice 9.2.

Tanning along spine, can't really see the thumb-crease in the scan . . . TEFC doesn't bother me in the least . . .

I'm not exactly sure how hard CGC would hammer the bend. Appears to be non color-breaking, so still a high grade would be in order, I think!
