DCBS offering variant covers

Something I just noticed on this months order form. I don't really follow the prices of these things so I don't know if they are good prices or not.

5.00 for the variant covers that are usually 9.99 in the LCS.

There's no guarantee that you'll get the variant covers that are less than 50%. I did notice that they're now offering each cover when they are 50% of the them (i.e. Perez and Lee Covers).

sounds like the craze must be slowing down if they are being offerred upfront direct like this.... get tempted sometimes in the store, but I also see a growing box of unsold variant covers on the counter. Seems like as always there are now so many that they arent so special anymore. Deja Vu anyone??
