A little help to put a price on it...?

Hi everybody,

 

As a brand new (European) member here I don't know if my post is done in the right forum... please let me know if I shoud "move" :-)

 

What I'd like to ask first : I'm planning on making some space here in my flat, so I'm selling a part of my collection which I don't consider as "To Be Kept Under All Conditions". I could also sell my cat or put my girlfriend on eBay but I'm starting with the comic books. I thinking about selling an entire run of Preachers (#1 ---> #66) plus the following specials : Saint Of Killers #1 ---> #4 (which makes it a complete set) and The Good Old Boys (one-shot).

 

What I'd like to know is how much I can expect for this entire set? I can always look it up in a price guide, but what is something of a realistic price?

It's possible you could get $215.00 . Or not, depends on when you sell and who's looking.

Hmmm, I wonder if I'll ever get that much money over here where the number of people reading comics is a lot smaller... But on the other hand : I DID give about 125 dollars for the whole heap and that was 5 years ago. The reputation of the series has only grown since, so maybe... just maybe...
