I'm surprised some folks are being so tough on this one. I actually had a board member look at this in person some time back and he described it as "close to VF." I thought that was a bit generous, but it does present much better in hand than the scan would indicate.

 

I think I'm putting this one down as a 6.0. IMO, anything below 5.5 is much too low.

the reader crease keeps it out of a fine in my book....FN- 5.5 at best.

 

Still an awsome book. With that said, I think the two slabs are overgraded.
