I knew Jorge when I lived in LA many years ago when he worked at Barnes & Noble near the Beverly Center. He was roommates with one of my friends. They are still friends and I get updates every so often.

Jorge was SO quiet back then and he was really shy. We would all do a pre-party at their apartment before going out and we would always invite Jorge along but all but one or two times he would pass.

I still "marvel" at all of the international fame that he has achieved. It really couldn't have happened to a nicer guy!
