just got this asm 26 in the mail from a fellow forum member (thanks ed)

i think its much nicer then the grade, but i could be wrong..so basically

geuss the grade

the scuff by crime masters left foot is on the scanner, otherwise its all the book

Crack the slab. I think its substantially undergraded.

Nice! Most of the scuffs I was seeing went away. It looks like there's a scuff or possibly a small puncture on the logo, which may account for the grade drop. But it's a nice-looking copy. Mylar and enjoy!

If there are no hidden defects that's a perfect example of a book you could crack and honestly sell at a higher grade.

another example of how life begins at CGC 5.0! I have bought many beautiful undergraded books at CGC 5.0 yet i don't know if i have ever even seen a CGC 4.5 that i thought was undergraded!

It's because your reaching for the plus on the 4.0 VG copy versus being hard on an otherwise nice FN or FN- book....

 

Actually, I find the 5.5 to be where life begins.
