Besides the 3 or 4 color breaks on the spine are there any smaller stress marks there that don't break color? At the moment I'd say 8.0 but I could also see it +- 1/2 too.

Small crease in the bottom right, dirty back spine, and slightly rolled front top edge ALONG with the spine creases are what keep this at an 8.0
