The Chelsea cup is aging poorly after having nothing of real merit inside of it for the last four years. Everytime the champagne bottle gets close to the lip some Scouse or Manc alcoholic steals it away and the Chelsea cup is just left with some cheap Russian vodka that isn't as potent as it was a couple of years ago.

 

The Arsenal cup is undernurished and prone to cracks and bends, so being unable to retain any liquid at all. All it has left to quench it is untested foreign plonk that might, if the Arsenal cup is lucky, mature into a fine vintage in a few years time.
