Do any of these scanners work for slabs?

I still need to tweak the settings but it's a way better then my old canoscan. (Burntboy copy BTW)

This might be worth a mention. A program called Arcsoft "Scan-N-Stitch Deluxe" that allows oversized items like maps, posters, an legal from regular page-size scanners. Web Site

 

As the name implies, you do two (or more) scans within the program and hit a "stitch" button. Here's a slab done on an old Epson Perfection 1250.

Just bought myself a HP 3400c scanner for 9.99 from ebay.

Scans way better then my old mustek.

Check the difference.

FYI,

 

Scan and Stitch Deluxe sucks for stiching slabs. I tried 5 different slabs and the results were all horrible... not even close.
