PGM: Incredible Hulk 181 - updated with back scan

Does anyone know what the vertical scuff marks down the left side near the spine are? It starts in the upper left mini Hulk and goes down to Wolverine's right arm. I've seen that on a couple of Hulk 181s.

 

Any ideas? confused-smiley-013.gif

 

Vertical speckling. A production defect where the ink does not adhere properly making the book look like it has premature wear and tear. Very common on Hulk #181's. I have a 9.2 with it so CGC does take it into account as production related.
