After looking at the scan, I rechecked the condition and the LRC curls into the paper very slightly - no crease. I didn't downgrade for that.

Yup. Never seen this cover before. The yellow banner looks kinda cool.

It should have been green if you look to the right of the CCA stamp. Also, check out issue 233. All Marvels this month have the starburst yet 40 cents instead of "STILL 35 CENTS". As an aside, check out the ads for Daredevil 158 on the interiors has the 35 cent cover
