Mirko fought Rampage? how did that unfold?

Mirko did not fight Rampage. He fought Eddie Sanchez & demolished him. Sanchez spent the whole time running away from him. Mirko is one scary dude. He doesn't get excited, he just matter-of-factly goes after the other guy & hurts him.

 

The Rampage Jackson fight was pretty good, although it was a boxing match the whole time. The other guy got caught with some wicked uppercuts & was out before he hit the mat.

 

Lutter actually did better than I thought he'd do against Silva, but he got caught it a triangle & had to tap.

 

As far as UFCs go, this one was boring all-in-all. The best fight was a lightweight bout from earlier in the night that they showed after the Silva fight. UFC 68 (March 3rd) looks like a great one though. It's got Couture vs. Silvia, as well as Hughes, Franlin & some others. That one will be good!

I think it might have to do with the wicked elbows to his head that made him tap out faster.
