Seeing your post reminds me of book I was once bidding on.

It would have fit nicely into my collection but I noticed that other people were bidding on it.

 

I set my clock to wake me up in time to place a last second bid.

Unfortunately the clock being used by Ebay was in a different time zone.

I tried several times to contact the Ebay people by phone to complain about this unfair advantage that some people have over others who are not privy to these facts.

 

My attempts to complain to E-Bay fell on deaf ears but I have never forgotten.

I knew it was EverQuest, was wondering if it was for the PS2 (As they had a PS2 version)

I never ever played it, nor cared for it. Guess it sounds like WoW, idk.

 

All I knew was it was a MMO and required a monthly fee to play
