TRUTH : Red, White & Black #1 - 7 I believe this is the complete set, the numbering on the covers are really weird. According to comicpriceguide this is the complete set.

The Red Star #1/2, #1-9 & Annual #1 This is the complete set minus issue #7.5

 

Have the certificate for the 1/2 from Wizard. All covers are regular covers except for #8 which is the variant by Rodriguez. All books by Image Comics except the annual which was by Archangel Studios. These books are some of the best reading, and they were nominated for 2 Eisner awards.
