$395.00 shipped anywhere. Graded on the CGC forum from 3.5 to 4.5. I grade it a solid VG, 4.0.

 

 

Three pieces of tiny tape. The top and bottom pieces probably protect small cover tears. The middle piece covers the lower staple which is loose from the cover. Page quality is great!
