Moderate spine roll.

Two small tears right edge of fc

Pages are near to off white, at least cream to off white

Light tanning on the inside edges of the covers

Everything else should be visible in the scans

Light sub-crease present but flat.

Lengthy diagonal crease top right front cover.

Crescent shaped moisture stain top edge inside fc 3.5" long by 3/8" at the deepest from the top edge. No rippling or waviness.
