I like Cap up after the weirdo kirby run (Though thats fun in its own insane way) until the end of the Scourge stroy in 320 or so, but thats where I cut it off.

Yeah - that was one of the low points in the Cap run. But it picked up again when the USAgent came along & later still when Ron Lim drew the book. Then it got really bad from about 400-440, until Waid took over 'til the end. Those last dozen or so issues were really good. Excellent Garney art, too!
