Little help needed by members with a Stan sig

I'd be just as worried about the Campbell as I was the Lee. -

I was going to type something like this, but this is so on point I am going to enthusiastically +1 it. My greatest compliment for this movie is that I actively rooted against Godzilla. Never happened before and probably never will again.- 246 replies

Also, for that book the grade is not high enough that there would be an extra premium for being double signed or anything. Stan adds $250-300 and Ayers about $150. FMV in this market is $1000-1100 and it may be worth more to the right buyer, say $1200-1500

Need help figuring out the artist/signature
seanfingh replied to Samariah's topic in The Signature Room
Alan Weiss had a style that was sort of between early Jim Starlin and Berni Wrightson. I always thought Weiss' faces were a little weird, but he is/was a really talented artist. This looks like an artist alley sketch to me. -
HAHAHAHAHA. I am so sorry.

The book was published in 1983. How could any of the art be AI-produced?

What's your progress on 2022 CGC signings?
seanfingh replied to woznia17's topic in The Signature Room
It's fantastic. That era of comics is my absolute sweet spot as well. Well done, my man. -
I was 5 or 6 and my dad was the one buying me comics. He was a die-hard DC guy and he instilled my love of Batman, Supes, the Legion and the JLA. He read all the comics (probably before he gave them to me - lol) and he DID NOT LIKE Marvel. He did his best to keep me happy, and I apparently made it very clear that X-Men and the Avengers were my absolute favorites. Out of GS 1-UXM 112 I only missed 98 and 108 (I think). After that he was more sporadic about buying them and then I got my own subscriptions around 1984. As a 6 year old, I knew the X-Men were special.

This is absolutely awesome. Especially if you asked for "Psycho Valkyrie," because he nailed it.
