Is half an Answer still an answer?

After reading Surfer 99?s journal that he posted 21-Sept.-10 I looked over my CGC books and wondered which ones did I absolutely have to keep, and why? I came up with five. And although I did not answer with such depth answer as he did, answer I did.

The first book I will start with is the one I usually end any of my lists with and that is my 4.5 (yes 4.5) copy of New Mutants #15. I wouldn?t be collecting comic books without this book. Although it is not my first book, it is the first time I decided this is what I want to collect, so much for my penny collection.

The second I would chose is also from My New Mutants collection. It is my newly acquired 9.9 copy of #1 (c?mon Gem 10 I know you are out there somewhere). It is also my only 9.9 (currently)

My third book I would choose is My New Mutants #47(seeing a trend here?). I purchased this book because I loved the cover and although I didn?t realize it at the time of sale, it was the only one (also currently). Sorry Bagofleas.

For my fourth book I will skip to my ASM #129 (9.2). This book is proof that I could buy a book and keep it in beautiful condition. I purchased this one after my father said no to the loan for $300 to purchase a Daredevil #1 which looked to be in the same condition. (Thanks Dad.)

My final book is the Daredevil #1 (3.5) I finally got. I eventually will drop this from my ten ?I would have to keep?, but would only be by getting a higher grade. (I wish I could afford that 9.6 I saw recently)

OK, quick answers. I did the best I could to answer the question even though I only picked 5. My collection is not that vast yet to warrant ten. I do reserve the right to pick another 5 another day, and even update and change my list. Thanks to Surfer99 for asking the question.
