Not just Thanksgiving but Christmas too.

The one thing about serving food on the holidays is that people feel sorry for you. I am hoping this emotional breakdown will release them of their money and add some to the tip when they eat, yes we are open On Thanksgiving day. There are a few New Mutants in a 9.8 that I want to purchase?not to mention a few Civil War issues. Of course if I were to try to get the Civil War issues then I go outside my parameters. I should continue to keep going after any and all New Mutants that I can.

I also tried to sell a few books too. This didn?t work. I had a few inquiries but that is about it. Should I send them into Heritage and hope for the best, should I start the auction at .99 cents instead of what I want the book to sell for and just set a reserve hoping for the best. It is not that I need to get rid of these books, I don?t. I just want too. Space is one of the reasons why, the other is I would just like to use that money towards more books.

This Thanksgiving week I have the chance to have one of my best weeks all year. I am picking up a few extra shift, three doubles in a row and I might have the chance to pick up a fourth. Extra money means extra books. I also want to pick up a copy of The Walking Dead in a 9.8 for my best friend, although the book will be his, I am going to hold onto the rights to add it to my registry because I might collect these for him. He loves zombies.

Either way working for the holidays really helps out with my collection, especially since I am so much past the age of getting money as a gift.
