Super=Hero Musings
Are bugs bigger in Texas?
Super-Hero Musings
I love comics not business,
I love collecting not fitness.
Take it away and much is missing;
I like Spider-Man more than fishing.
Don't get me wrong,
Spider-Man would be a great angler...
Like the fisher of men,
But he doesn't need that,
He has a powerful net.
I love comics, not stocks.
Of course I'm the fool in their box.
But what is a 9.9 to those in high places?
This is human art and soul...
You think Steranko owns ore?
One is created, the other dug for more.
Human art vs. Earth metal.
One is an artistic possibility,
The other an element commodity.
Who decides?
I love comics for their potential;
Rarity is better than possibility.
Oil will be gone before comics,
Though that won't inflate their value.
Either way, oil is not intelligent,
But comics are...
I once heard they make you smarter.
How's that fit in the realm of order?
The beauty of humans are in order;
That's why Super-Heroes were first created.
Like a symphony or play...
Human possibility should start there...
Or perhaps those in power hope for loss?
I once spoke to Mozart in a dream,
And he happened to be Mr. Fantastic.
He told me that Super-Heroes
Are never fools, and neither are you.
If you're ever in trouble, he said
Just call Mr. Grimm.
Then he swished off without giving me
A card.
Damn, I wish I had that number.
