No spoilers, don't worry

Today my wife and I celebrated our 21 year wedding anniversary. We chose to take the day off work and go see The Avengers...twice! The first time by ourselves, the second time with the kids. I have to say this was the best action movie I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot of great movies. It's like when you watched Indiana Jones or Star Wars for the first time, remember how cool that was? Like that! Thank you Joss Whedon, fantastic job!

Marvel did it right- make great movies with these great characters, then bring all the (mostly) same actors back together again in one movie, united against a common enemy- yes! It was seriously like they took the best elements from all the best Avengers comics and brought them to life on the big screen for one ultimate slugfest! OK, enough with all the exlamation points, we get it, it was a great movie. Seriously!

I'm thinking we'll go back tomorrow and watch it again, but this time in 3D. Hope everyone enjoys it as much as we did.
