Blinded by the lights of the Con...

Submitted these books at WonderCon in March and just got them back. I was really excited that I found these at the Con and convinced myself they would all grade at 9.0 or above so I didnt hesitate to overspend. Unfortunately I didnt fare as well I had hoped, and when I took a closer look at them after getting them back from CGC I can see why. What can I say, I was caught up in the moment and blinded by the lights of the Con. Anyway, these are the unfortunate results.

Avengers 47 CGC 8.5 with White Pages

Avengers 53 CGC 7.5 this one hurts, need to find a better copy

Sub-Mariner 52 CGC 9.2 with White Pages

Fortunately they were all Blue Labels so thats one positive. As Ive mentioned previously though, I think Im done submitting my own books for a while. Id rather save up and spend the money on a grade I really want rather than overspend on raw copies and receive grades Im not happy with.
