Says right in the rules about half way down the list...

Posting the same entry over and over IS against. Under the section talking about what the mods can jump on you over it is listed, repeated post of the same thing, flaming and spamming the board is a no no.

So why is it allowed? Because its an old man and not some webspeak 13 year old? Spam is spam and annoying is annoying.
