I see everyone is listing their collecting goals for 2013 so I had to chime in.

1). Plan to get all my Byrne era X-men slabbed. Goal is to have three sets of each issue slabbed at a 9.0 or greater. Sure, I won't win any awards but still quite an accomplishment for me. I bought all the books unslabbed ( back when you could trust people ) and for the most part as I've gotten them slabbed they've paid off. 2013 is my year.

2). Plan to get all my Frank Miller Daredevils slabbed. Same as the X-men, I've got about 3 sets or more of unslabbed books in pretty good condition and so far they've paid off.

3). Complete my collection of Captain Marvel, Warlock, Iron Fist, and Marvel Premiere.

4). Once the collection is done then I'll probably take a break and focus on our nations budget defecit, world peace, health care reform, etc.

It'll probably take like 3-4 years to get all my books back from CGC at the rate their going.
