I feel this issue deserves a journal entry because frankly it has it all.

It is the Highest Graded universal on census (even though it was a resub from a 9.0).

It features the first appearance of the greatest villain of all time, the Joker, yet also includes the first appearance of another major villainess Catwoman.

With a cover as classic, simple, and eloquent as could be thought of by Mr. Kane, will it break the Action Comics #1 record?
