CGC 9.8 Signature Series Versus CGC 9.9 MINT Universal? The Winner?

Would you prefer to keep a 9.8 Signature Series? Or upgrade to a Universal 9.9 when an opportunity to buy one appears?

In this hobby, it seems that we strive to obtain the best of the best. What would be more preferable....a CGC 9.8 with a signature from a beloved artist/writer or a MINT condition UNIVERSAL CGC 9.9.
