This is the last issue and from my knowledge Arthur Adams suggested Ann Nocenti to pose on this cover. I thought she was the Spider-Woman but found out later she is posing at the bottom in a Tigra suit....

Ann Nocenti took over the editor position for a time at Marvel after this run of Spider-Woman. This is a definite 9.8 candidate and I am going to have Annie grace this with a signature at ECCC.........

PS...doe anyone else get the EBAY feeds from random sellers at the bottom? I don't even collect the books described. Is this advertizing?
